Illustration Friday: Cold
New Years Eve, 2004.
On the way to the in-laws for Oshogatsu.
Not really what I wanted to do for this theme, but I'm short of time this week. Perhaps by the end of teh week I can scare up some time to go with my first or second idea.
this works very well. it brings to mind that blue gauze that seems to settle over the world in winter when the sun has just slipped below the horizon...and no matter how cold it's been that day...it's gonna be much colder now.
the sort of picture that makes me glad that i'm not homeless...
